MorganFranklin Consulting Wins 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award for Boosting American Jobs

10/28/2013

MorganFranklin Consulting, a leading business consulting and technology solutions company based in McLean, Va., and London, today announced that the firm has won a 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award, recognizing private companies that are adding jobs and rebuilding the economy. MorganFranklin ranked among the top 10 private business job creators in Virginia during the period of Jan. 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013. The recognition comes just weeks after the firm was named to the Inc. 500|5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

“MorganFranklin Consulting is honored to be ranked as the No. 9 job creator in Virginia and to be in the company of such an impressive list of businesses throughout the U.S. that are committed to rebuilding the economy and the American workforce,” said C.E. Andrews, CEO of MorganFranklin Consulting. “Our business hinges on attracting and retaining the most dedicated and skilled employees, and we look forward to continuing to invest in the strength of our team and the national economy in the coming years.”

MorganFranklin is among the 437 private growth companies named Hire Power Award honorees, leading the way in creating more American jobs. Now in its second year, the Hire Power Awards shine a national spotlight on the crucial role private businesses play in creating jobs and bolstering the U.S. economy. The 2013 honorees collectively generated 69,182 jobs in 18 months, and Inc. magazine credits these small to mid-sized companies with holding the key to restoring America’s economic vitality.

“For the second year in a row, we are pleased to recognize the employers who are putting Americans back to work,” said Eric Schurenberg, editor-in-chief of Inc. magazine. “The Hire Power Awards are the only awards that single out job creators. We think it’s fitting to pay tribute to company founders not just for their business prowess, but also for their immense contribution to the welfare of U.S. workers and the vitality of the U.S. economy.”

Honorees will be celebrated at the 2013 Inc. Hire Power Awards ceremony sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch on Nov. 12 in San Francisco. The November issue of Inc. magazine includes a special feature on the 2013 Hire Power Awards. To view a complete list of the winners, visit http://www.inc.com/hire-power/list/2013.
