Less than two weeks after announcing $50 million in new funding, Mountain View-based 23andMe, a developer of DNA analysis services co-founded by Anne Wojcicki, the wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin, has raised another $8 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
